Family law represents one of the most dangerous threats to the personal liberty of Americans that has ever existed in this great country. The whole purpose of the federal and state constitutions is not to protect the people from foreign invaders or each other but, from our own government. The founding fathers knew that government always has the potential and the propensity to oppress the people if it goes unrestrained.
Somehow, when the people weren’t paying attention, somebody devised a scheme to give government a back door entrance into our personal lives that deprives us of our constitutional protections and would never have been tolerated by Americans in times past. They called it “family law” to make it sound acceptable and crafted it to give state government total accessibility into every aspect of our private lives.
Citizens For Liberty And Privacy has chosen to fight that aspect of Florida family law known as “permanent alimony”. Alimony law is designed to create an economic victim in a marriage when that marriage fails. Then, binds the alleged perpetrator to the state and the alleged victim for life. Thereby robbing them of their right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness – instead of protecting that right. This scheme gives lawyers and judges perpetual authority to forever strip the the alleged perpetrator of their liberty and property rights until the day they die and in many cases afterward as well.
The scheme is so powerful and lucrative for the legal and judicial community that they have created an industry from it and protect it at all costs. It is their golden calf and they worship at it’s feet. They have openly denied individuals their constitutional rights and in many cases ignore any case law that goes against their motive of financially stripping and enslaving an individual.
